This meeting will be held virtually and information reqarding voting for voting members will be provided separately. Attendees will be prompted when voting is initiated and in progress. There will be lag time during the voting process - please be patient during those breaks. The following business will be considered at the meeting: 1. Approval of the 2019 NNPBC AGM Minutes 2. Announcement of the elected Councillors and appointed Directors, 3. Presentation of the report of the Directors, 4. Presentation of the 2019 financial statements and report of the auditor, 5. Appointment of the auditor for the next fiscal year All regular members (LPN, NP, RN, RPN) who are members of June 3, 2020 and have pre-registered will be entitled to vote. Those who have registered to vote by June 3rd will be sent instructions about how to vote.
